Requirements by Buyer Type

For Individual Buyers

Initial Requirements:

  • Reservation Fee and accomplished Reservation Application Form
  • Government-issued valid ID (and spouse's ID, if applicable)
  • Completed Buyer's Information Sheet (with full details and TIN)
  • Duly filled BIR Form 1903/1904

Additional Requirements:

  • Copy of current Community Tax Certificate and valid passport
  • Valid ID showing photo and signature
  • Latest proof of billing
  • Latest Income Tax Return and Withholding Tax Remittance
  • Certificate of Employment with compensation details
  • Two years of bank or financial statements
  • Proof of business income (if applicable)
  • Complete set of postdated checks for down payment or monthly amortization
  • Signed Contract to Sell
  • If represented by another person, a notarized Special Power of Attorney (SPA) is required

For Corporate Buyers

Initial Requirements:

  • Reservation Fee and Reservation Application Form
  • Valid ID of the principal (and spouse's ID, if applicable)
  • Completed Buyer's Information Sheet
  • Duly filled BIR Form 1903/1904

Additional Requirements:

  • Valid ID of the authorized signatory
  • Community Tax Certificate (for company and signatories)
  • Notarized Secretary's Certificate or Board Resolution (original)
  • Proof of billing
  • Copies of Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws
  • SEC or DTI Registration (depending on entity type)
  • Notarized General Information Sheet filed with SEC
  • Latest Audited Income Tax Return
  • Two years of audited bank or financial statements
  • Complete postdated checks for down payment or monthly amortization
  • Signed Contract to Sell

For Filipino Buyers

Initial Requirements:

  • Reservation Fee and Reservation Application Form
  • Valid government-issued ID (and spouse's ID, if applicable)
  • Completed Buyer's Information Sheet (with full details and TIN)
  • Duly filled BIR Form 1903/1904

Additional Requirements:

  • Copy of current Community Tax Certificate and valid passport
  • Valid ID with photo and signature
  • Latest proof of billing
  • Latest Income Tax Return and Withholding Tax Remittance
  • Certificate of Employment with compensation
  • Two years of bank or financial statements
  • Proof of business income (if applicable)

  • If based abroad, include a copy of Date of Entry to the Philippines

For Foreign Buyers
